Experts have proven that liquid assets like cash in the bank limit your opportunity to grow. The fact is that when you deposit money in the bank, it doesn't just sit there in the bank vault, the bank takes your money and invests it, makes profit and gives you nothing. Moreover, with unstable and volatile currencies like the Naira, the risk of keeping cash money in the bank is more, because it simply depreciates in value while in the bank earning you nothing. Apart from staring at your account balance, smiling sheepishly and massaging your ego, keeping cash money in the bank is useless.

SOLUTION: Put your money to work, possibly while you sleep.

You need a loan instead of this OPM strategy.

Issuing bond for duration of 3 months is like a legitimate ponzi scheme but brings too much headache.

You could try longer tenors.

We have tested different strategies, this is the most successful and sustainable. So we definitely do not need another Loan, not from Nigeria anyways. They tend to be parasitic as opposed to enhancive.

It cannot be a Ponzi scheme, we spent years perfecting our systems. Our business is compartmentally structured, so every dime can be put somewhere and the marginal revenue effectively evaluated.

It is actually 6 months not 3 months, because the capital is utilized a few times to yield profit. It is also a FMCG, which translates to faster turnover. We have been running this model for 3 years and counting and every single subscriber has been paid thus far. We are now needing to amplify to cushion the explosive effect of the pandemic and be able to meet our current demands.

promising a certain percentage is always risky in business. simply do it in form of shares so DAT when profit increases the shareholders feel it and when no profit the shareholders also feel it so DAT you are not under pressure to deliver 35% when business isn't moving. it keeps you sane. so you don't end up damaging ur reputation and still losing your own personal belongings to pay up debt.

This system does work for us, and we are still within our comfort zone. We operate under a few set restrictions:

1. We have ONE cycle annually; we don't take subscriptions all year round.
2. We take a stipulated amount every Cycle, calculated based on our current production and distribution capacity, and proposed market expansions.
3. The bottled water business is also a seasonal business, and our annual cycle is made to start and end within the peak season. This is why there is a deadline and all subscriptions stop on March 31. Also if we receive the stipulated amount before the deadline, subscriptions stop.

These set restrictions further enhance our operational efficiency, because we do not take more than the business actually needs at any point in time, and the business is not put under pressure rather the strategic capital infusion maximizes our competitive advantages, revenue and profit.

We do offer B-level shares to some investors.
