Received counterfoil on the 20th February

Passport delivered to me today 26th February.

The wait is finally over. Abeg LOI is yet to drop though. What do I need to do about that.

most banks have special stamp for immigration purpose.

Make sure that they use immigration stamp for your bank statement.

I can't say if it made a difference in my application but I made my sponsor get an affidavit of support in my second application and I got approved.

I didn't have an affidavit in my first application.

Regardless, let us hear from the gurus. If they say it is compulsory, then you can get one, raise webform and attach.

Sorry the fixed account statement comes as a “proof of investment “ letter stating the amount my sponsor has in the fixed account. Can I still use it?

you can use only the fixed account so long as it bears his name and has the 30,000CAD minimun

He can generate the statement up to the time the money was fixed that was what I did.I generated the Statement one year up to the month the money was fixed as least there were transactions In and out of the account before the money was fixed then I wrote a letter of explanation that it was generated up to the time the money was fixed and it was fixed so as to yield interest for me as it was an idle savings I won't be needing soon which can be liquated any time I want and will be available to me before I travel that was what I did.

This is fastest I have seen o. My passport has been stamped and returned to Abuja today. Counterfoil dropped yesterday.

I sent my passport on 23rd Feb, received 24th Feb, stamped 25th Feb. Got back to Abj 26th Feb.

All through no email from them. I had to call and confirm via my GCKEY.
