3- I believe that this same Jesus is God. I believe totally in the potency of his name.

4- I believe in the Holy Spirit.

5- I believe in the Holy Communion.

1- WHEN THE BATTLE IS TOUGHEST


When the battle is toughest, push harder. The breakthrough is about to happen. Of all the challenges that the children of Israel faced in Egypt, standing between the Red Sea and the Egyptian army was the greatest.

We shouldn't blame them for wanting to give up. They'd seen enough torture. But dying in such a helpless manner was something they never dreamed of.

But God said to Moses, "The Egyptians you see today, you'll see them no more..."

It was the toughest position but they came out of it and found their Elim- the place with seventy palm trees and twelve springs.

Even Jesus desired that the cup be taken away...but he kept pushing until the crucifixion. The resurrection. And the ascension to the right hand of the majesty.

KEEP PUSHING WITH GOD.

2- The lesson of the fig tree shows the power of Jesus. It doesn't take how long that fruitless tree has been in your life. It could be an addiction, a habit, a problem, a disease... Instead of shrinking or for the situation to get better...more problems keep coming. Instead of that tree to produce fruits, it brought only leaves.
But Jesus' power was able to terminate its growth. Jesus' power was able to terminate its existence. Its roots. Bark. Leaves. Everything! In a few seconds! It didn't take him days or weeks or years. Just a day.

Your problems may have spanned across days, weeks, months, years...One day the fruitless fig tree shall no longer exist.

But you must believe!

Some people get offended with this Bible story. Why would Jesus liken her to a dog? Why had he ignored her to the point that she pestered him? All I gleaned from the story was PERSISTENCE.

The woman had a problem and she wasn't willing to leave Jesus until her problem was solved. He tested her faith by his deliberate silence and his deliberate choice of words, to see how far she could go. Some of us would've given up!

How far are you willing to go with God? Will you forget that unanswered prayer point? Will you become comfortable with your problem?

You don't have a job. Be persistent in prayer. Don't give up on the skills you learned. Be persistent in hustling.

You feel you're too late for marriage as a man or a woman. Be persistent in hope and faith.

You're ill. And have exhausted all healthy options. Be persistent.

Whatever good thing you desire will come to pass. BE PERSISTENT.

Don't change the prayer point. Don't cancel the prayer request. Try again this year.

And while waiting, remember to be humble and kind to others.

3- TOPIC: WORKMEN FOR CHRIST
BIBLE VERSE: Ephesians 2: 10
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

You are not on earth for no reason. You were placed on earth to serve God through your daily interactions with other people.

These daily interactions are considered a ‘workmanship.’ Workmanship in this context means the works that you do to promote the Kingdom of Christ. It begins with daily interactions with people and expands to other aspects of your lives.

While Jesus was on earth, he gave out quality workmanship. Jesus healed the sick. He raised the dead. He fed the poor, and delivered those who were bound by Satan. We are made his brothers and sisters, fellow sons and daughters of God through faith. If Jesus advanced only good works on earth, there is no reason for his followers to pursue bad works.

You have been called out for good works. If you cannot heal the sick, certainly you can visit them and pray with them. If you cannot raise the dead, you can comfort those who have lost them. You can feed the poor, in your little way.

Do not wait for your religious leaders to organize a charity outreach. At the end, it will be every man and woman for himself and herself. If you have the means to do a good work, please go ahead with wisdom and prayer.

Let people have a positive testimony about your life as a Christian. Advance good works wherever you go to, even if all you have is a word of prayer. God sees your heart and would enable you to
give more.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to be like Jesus every day.

There is an easy solution to adultery, fornication, masturbation, pornography and other sexual addictions. This is it "If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out!"

If you're really serious about being celibate or sticking to your partner, or avoiding bad habits...you need to avoid things, situations and people that trigger those feelings.

There are movies (Not porn this time) that are very sexual in nature. Naso so farm work everywhere. There are music videos that are very suggestive, even the lyrics are quite descriptive of the farmwork procedure. You are not made of iron. You are flesh, and if you aren't careful, flesh will fail you!

Some people will put the blame on scantily dressed women. "It was because she didn't cover up, that's why I fell..." And it makes me laugh. How do you blame someone else for your lack of composure?

Why don't you steal lovely looking fruits and snacks when you enter the mall? Are the fruits not naked?

Those women will come to their own salvation. Focus on your own by avoiding and cutting your eyes off!!!

Avoid that male office partner or colleague as a married lady whom you're already preferring to your husband.
Avoid that lady that openly flirts with you as a married man.
As singles, avoid being in lonely places frequently.
If you're crushing on an innocent person, avoid them and pray as well.

This thing is simple by Grace. Stop giving excuses. Cut your hand! Gouge your eyes!

He knows how you struggle with porn.
He knows about the affair you're hiding from your wife.
He knows that your first son isn't your husband's.
He knows what you do in secret.
He knows that you are worries about money...and you're tempted.
He knows that you're screaming and dying inside but you wear a plastic smile outside.
He knows that you are falling in and out of temptations... Fornication...

He knows that you are embittered and broken from your last relationship.

He knows your smile. He knows your voice.

You are the perfect work of God and you intrigue him. And for every time that he looks at the work of his hands...he throws his head back and laughs, knowing that one day you will come back home.

Jesus knows you. That's why he died for you with the hope that you will live for him. I just want you to know...that God knows you.

God can change his mind. Positively or negatively. It depends on you.
