It's just the shock he will be fixing and the fixing. If there will be need for lifting he will decide afterwards. (That's what the mecho told me)

if you change the tyre to 16R, you'll still have to lift the car as when u enter a speed bumb or gallop, the tyre wld touch the inner body.
for my civic, I change to 16R and lift the car - (it's a process where they'll, release the shock, add few inches.)

Pls I would also want to do the Same for my civic, I mean changing from r15 to r16 and put 215/65, so apart from this what else should I do? Pls help
