I had to create this thread after reading the comments and response by Arrewa and his brothers on this particular thread.

Seriously, I was shocked and disappointed from the comments I read there. Cos if the enlightened youth of the north all have the type of mentality and ideology that I saw in that thread, then something is really wrong. The comment that got me the most was when one of them said that "He can not leave his tribe/religion to side with someone from another tribe/religion". The quoted may not be the direct translation cos the person wrote it in hausa.(I will look for the comment and post here). This particular comment reminded me of the things I have experienced here in the north... even when you are right, once you have an altercation with a northerner, they rally round their people to face you. And a perfect example is what out govt are currently doing.

First of all, the question I want to ask you guys is, Are you guys comfortable with the current state of this nation?. Why do you always have to defend evils and injustice in this nation just to protect you vested interest?. Why is it that you guys turn a blind eye when your people commits a crime, but quick to react when the victims of such crime retaliate. During the Endsars, you were all over nairaland making it look as if the south were targeting the north. But you failed to realize that there was a general attack on everyone and everything that the hoodluums could lay their hands on. Do you knw the value of properties that where destroyed in Lagos alone. DO you know the number of vehicles that were attacked and destroyed?. How come you didn't react to the action of your brothers in Abuja against the innocent protesters. All what you were saying is that the north never forgets. Eden in Obigbo where the protest turned into a riot, did you actually find out what happened the day before the market there was attacked.

Second question. I hope you knw that in Niger state, since around Oct last year, there have been an offensive attack by some villagers in Niger State against killer herdsmen. I think, sometimes ending of last year Miyetti Allah complained about the death of some of their members who were killed in Niger state. Niger state is not in the southern region, why didn't you complain that the action of the people of Niger state is a calculated attack against the north. You choose to turn a blind eye to that issue because it doesn't go in line with the agenda that you are pushing.

Do you knw that in Zamfara and Katsina, for more than 3 years plus, the local vigilante in that area have been the once at the forefront of defending the villages from bandits. At times, they even go on the offensive by going into the hideouts of bandits to attack them. But because the vigilante are outnumbered and out gunned by the bandits, their effort is not really felt. But you choose to turn a blind eye to the happenings there. But now that the South have taken law into their hands to defend their land by asking herders to leave the forest, you are calling it a calculated attack against the north.

I hope you know that the carnage, destruction, kidnapping, raping that these bandits carry out in Zamfara, Katsina and Sokoto alone is more than times 10 of what is been experienced in the south. But because of lack of media coverage and lack of social media exposure by the youth of those area, a lot of those atrocities goes unreported. But you who claim to be a northerner will not see all those carnages as an attack on the people of the north, its the southern defense mechanism against the bandits that you are complaining about. I hope you know that there were times in some part of Katsina state where almost every mass gathering of people such as wedding, burial, celebration etc can not be successfully carried out without bandits attacking and kidnapping them. If you truly love the north as you claim, you ought to be at the forefront of reporting the activities of the bandits... You ought to be at the forefront of bringing to the light the evils that the bandits unleash on innocent villagers so that the central govt will see it and take action. Just take a look at the news on the front page about the 22 people killed in Zamfara state by bandits. Why are the northerners not reacting generally to this news. I did not see comment from you and your gangs on how the north dont forget. Cos I remembered vividly well during the crisis at shasha market, all what you guys were saying was that the north never forgets. How come you guys haven't done something about these bandits just as you guys where reacting to the issue of shasha market.

At this point, I think I need to come in and give acct of my experience with these Niger guys.

Based on my exposure with our Northern folks and their neighboring brothers, I make bold to say that a Zabaruma (Niger) man is an Hausa man until he dare drags anything with a core Nigerian northerner. By this I mean, they'll shield and call a foreigner (Nigerien, Chadian, Sudanese, Senegalese or Malian) their own either to spite their real Nigerian southern Brothers or to gain numerical advantage, whether for political reason or something else.

He is only pissed that their agenda has failed. The Kanuris (Boko Haram) have been attacking Nigerians for nearly a decade, but I've never seen a single person mentioning their tribes, but their media, because of some secretive plot, made sure to attach 'Fulani' to every report on the criminals just to taint the whole tribe. I have no statistics to back up my claim but I don't think the bandits make up to 5% of the total Fulani population, but some people that call themselves "educated" want us to take arms as slay every Fulani man we find on the road.

We made our points clear on that thread. You are free to defend yourselves and fight bandits, but if you drag the whole tribe, then you are looking for trouble.

As for the girl he was talking about, we all saw how they hailed Nafeesa. They said that Hausa people were peaceful, loving, and whatnot.

Less than two months later, an incident between ONE Hausa man and a Yoruba woman led to the destruction of a whole market, with dozens of Hausa trucks destroyed, truck drivers killed, and some traders burnt alive.

The funny thing is that the same people that were praising us, calling us peaceful, and flattering Nafeesa came out to SUPPORT the attackes, CITING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE HERDSMEN (different set pf people) as their justification.

If you are referring to the crisis in Shasha to exonerate Hausa, then I know you are a bloody liar.

Hausa attacked, killed and destroyed life and properties unprovoked when Amotekun attempted to arrest the murderer in Seriki Hausa's house on Saturday morning under the watchful eyes of the GOS of one cantonment in Ibadan as alleged.

When the GOS was approached to put an end to the wanton destruction, he replied he only came to protect Hausa. Hmmmm!

Indigenous Ibadan people felt betrayed and decided to defend themselves. Hence, on Saturday evening, they began reprisal and the end they say is history.

Oh king of hypocrisy! I see that you cleverly left out the detail which described how other Hausa Nigerians rallied round the Nigerien to attack Yorubas when they discovered that the man had died in order to eatablishba first attack situation.

Honestly, after reading his comment that Arewa1stson made Nd seeing how he cleverly ignored everything said and focused on the Sasha attack I just lost hope in some youths, with hypocritic people like him things will never change in this country and the sad thing is that the cycle will continue.

Always learn to speak the truth, what do you mean when the north is attacked, is it not the same media screaming about the numerous attacks on innocent school children by bandits...you guys should continue shielding criminals o, they have started attacking your children and schools, this is your future...
