Just that I cry bitterly against the governors in the south. This is a big source tax revenue. Individuals pay tax to their state government and not federal.

As they bring in their farm produce you tax them henceforth. You can imagine 1% of such revenue monthly for the state.

10b weekly becomes 40b monthly.

Let government just do 1% of that monthly, that is 400m monthly just only from that source. Even if the government needs to recruit special taskforce

Yall CORE northern bigots will tire.

Foodstufs from Plateau, Taraba, and Benue is there for us. Most importantly, we can plant here down south and even import.

Fish, Pig meat, Chickens, Turkey are in abundance here.

No more Nigeria... To your tents o Israel.
Person like me prefer fish to meat. Just as you mentioned, Taraba, Benue and plateau can continue to send their food down south. What people don't know is that most yam and rice come from Taraba and Benue.

You people never know what you have put yourselves into. Yorubas are great farmers and this is opportunity for the SW teaming youths. The blockage should be for ever.

The northern cows sellers will soon cry out also; most cows are brought from Niger & Chad and they're meant for Lagos market. What will those cows eat in trucks they are packed; those on ground will also suffer because grounds are so dry in the North now.

Shuo!!!! the cry too early nah!! let the blockage continue we southerners are very proud of you. Continue the blockage please. Infact any northerner caught smuggling any foodstuff to the south should be shot at sight. Imagine the chicken challenging an elephant to a fight. You guys should continue deceiving yourselves with your cheap and pathogens infested cows and, tomatoes.

Una never see anything... Una go chop una foodstuff until e choke all of una!

The South should start rejecting anything coming from that region... They think we are hopeless gluttons who will crawl to them on hands and knees begging.

South should wake up, and completely cut ties with these morons!

This is simple entrepreneurship principle.

"The customer is always right"

North should be grateful that they have the south customers to sell to...

I only pity those that took loan only to find themselves in the midst of this political/economy foolishness.

No. why crying out? Keep your cry since you think the South can not survive without your tomatoes now they have proven to you that South will survive plus you minus you.

Every year in the East Yam festival is being celebrated pls are those yams imported ones from Katsina Hell No.

I remember when we are young their is this brands of local tomotoe then popular in the SW and SE grown locally so Mr North we can still go back to it in more bigger and mechanuzed form.

You can not be killing us and expect us to keep quiet because of some useless tomatoes and your demonic cows you are bringing down South, no way.

we Southerners should take it easy with Northerners, cos without North it will be difficult for us to eat certain fruits, such water melon, carrot and that one women dey use do something behind closed doors" what's the name again, Cucumber i mean to say.

Let us not deprive our Females their legitimate object they use to take care of themselves whenever dick is not available. Cucumber is too precious to our ladies. We beg the North to continue to import cucumber to the South, cos it's highly needed.

Northerners are also important to we Southerners in one way or the other. let us all embrace peace and harmony in this our country. we don't need any fight at this point of time.

One Nigeria.

They forget that this blockage would open doors for the South to engage In ranching and produce her own meat and even deliver better with technology.

I wonder why the north would even threaten the south with such absurd blockage..

The south should do farming extensively and be independent of the core north.

This is the best time for the south to permanently chase away the fulani terrorist from their farms.

This is why learning trade alone is not enough, you need a bit of economic knowledge.

Waking up one morning to apply foolishness in your business is always going to land you in this kind of mess.

Now is when the North will know that the South can survive with or without them, but that the North cannot survive without the South.
Now is when the South should increase its production of these food stuffs and never ever again rely or allow the North bring their goods back.

They drew the line, blocked the food supply. Expected us in the South to die of starvation. They thought this was 1966 or the Biafra/Nigeria civil war repeat when the Eastern farms were destroyed and food supplies stopped. Now is when the South should know that the North do not consider us in the South as brothers.
