There are different options with different price tags... which one is the fastest among them?
Pick the first option the basic you just need the basic one it's not the company that processes the Notes it's IRCC so the fastness would have to come from IRCC then after the payment they would send a consent form which you would fill ,sign and scan back to them then they forward your request to IRCC for processing

Please for those who travelled recently was there any issue at the airport after presenting all the necessary documents?

Were you asked for any kind of exemption/ letter or anything like that.

Abeg please help us treat as urgent. Please and please. Any information regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

This is a very difficult time for students traveling . With this new coronavirus restrictions. Students can travel to Canada but there’s a huge problem

You will need to book an hotel for 3 days ( mandatory) at your first stop even if you are having a connecting flight . The price is as high as $1,760 for the 3 days especially in areas like Vancouver and Toronto

Afterwards you will continue your quarantine as your final destination.

Another issue of concern is that you can only book these hotels through the Government designated line and you will be on call with them for up to 3hours before they can book on your behalf

If your results for COVID-19 after arrival comes out before the third day . There’s no guarantee that they will refund you . You need to check the hotel refund policy on that . Also, they government are saying one can online book these hotels within 48 hours before your flight

The new rule is unpredictable and someone needs to carefully plan his/her travels.

All the best

Not what I am saying. The letter says you are welcome to reapply if you think you can speak clearly to the matter of misrepresentation that has been leveled against you.

It is solely their discretion to grant visa or to refuse visa. The task of convincing them I can say is not a small one but if you feel up to it and you have solid evidence why not.

Your evidence has to be tight and solid.

Think through it and take the necessary steps.

Hello Yteem,

Good suggestion you've made, but it will come back as an outright refusal. No need to waste money and time. If the moniker has the available funds, the way forward is to appeal the decision with the help of a very sound Immigration lawyer for the ban to be overturned before thinking of reapplying. However, there is no guarantee the lawyer will win as her case is very obvious.

The best way forward is for the moniker to place focus in going toward other countries like UK or the Schengen countries.

One love!

Hello all...

Please i intend to start my application by next month.

My daughter is 14 months now.

Her dad and my mum said i cannot take her with me because she's too small and also the weather.
She will be almost 2 by October which is in my intake.

Is it a good idea to apply without her, seeing as she's too small or do i use her as my home tie.

I'm only going for my MBA DUE TO My company is opening a new office in another country and i intend to go for that position.

Lekiboboe, and my ogas. Please advice and help me... so i can know what best

Hello Omankem8,

It will be reasonable if you apply with your infant child. The other area to consider will be the cost bearing of additional $3,000 CAD and being able to demonstrate that your baby won't be a distraction. So doing, you have to make arrangement for daycare or nanny and show evidence.

No worries if you can't secure a daycare or nanny, but show proof of your attempts to secure one. It's a common practice for most daycares to place clients outside Canada on waitlist or demands in-person finalization. The shared email correspondence will go a long as proof.

Best of Luck

TOMSY:
Good day guys. Please I have a question.

Is it legal to state that you converted naira to dollar at the black market (Bureau d' change) in your SOP? My sponsor transferred above #2million in december from one bank account and bought $5,000 USD cash and deposited into another account (domicilliary) on the same day. The balance is a bit above $8000 US. I'm trying to explain the reason for the lump sum.

Or do you think there is no need to explain this in the SOP?
P.S The money was transferred to the person who changed it, and $5000 cash was received from him.

Please Nairalanders,
I need urgent help: my brother submitted his family's passports for their visas and they came back today without the visas and with these papers attached.

I don't really understand what the issue is. The children didn't need to do biometrics. Their parents did their biometrics in Abuja. My brother also submitted passports in Abuja with all the necessary documents he used to submit his and there was no issue with his. What is this transmission fee about?

Please note that he sent his wife and two children's passports in one package.

Can someone please deduce what they mean to enable them sort it out promptly.

Thank you

Hello Baphil,

It seems their PP was sent to another VAC different from where there biometrics were given. Hence, the need for the transmission fees.

Once the outstanding debt has been made and evidence of payment well-received, the PP will be immediately dispatched out of stamping.

If they've received the message/letter by error, they should immediately call the VAC centre hotline to get it resolved.

Thanks for your reply.. I see, but now am concerned about getting a visa for a year pre-Nursing program.

Please, is there anyone here that have gotten visa for a year pre-Nursing program?

@Frankrobbn1 @JustMellow @NaijaForeigner @Qudkom @Anon123 @Lekiboboe @Chocs123 and anyone can contribute pls

Hello Ggetter50,

This shouldn't be a problem if you can demonstrate convincingly that you're a genuine student and you understand your academic approach or you know what you're doing. I can comment that most people whose program required Pre- have succeeded. Ensure to have a good letter that reflects your situation.

Well you cant apply for nse if IRCC doesn't request for it, and the way you can go about it is after you've submitted your study permit application then they'd send a request for it .

Thank you so much, JustMellow.
1. Where do I come in all of this? Do I come as a cosponsor thereby removing my uncle as I have show the GIC investment? Or do I just show my GIC investment leaving my mum and uncle in their position.
2. Can I use multiple bank statements? Can I also out in pension accounts? What is LE?

Hello Lysega,

Leave it be as it is. LE means Letter of Explanation. The use of multiple BS or MBS is allowed whilst the pension account statement can come handy to support your POF or financial strength.
