There are submersible pumps of up to N10m.
Depends on what you want to achieve.
So many factors come into play when it comes to water pumps.
There's no good submersible pump that you can get for N30,000....don't waste your money.

Tbh, I stopped counseling people from going with whatever I proposed to them. It is their house and their choice.

Some are lucky to buy cheap stuffs that last forever. I don’t want to be in that class that’s why I always go with the best my money can buy because I want to go to sleep knowing I got myself something good enough.

Here’s one of my own submersible pump (solar powered) and it’s not a 30k pump.

The distance of the control box to the bore hole? ^{<<< 3}

Distance of the power source to the borehole?

Just because he drilled a 20m shallow well that is susceptible to contamination ^{<<< 5} and likely to fail when water level in the aquifer drops, ^{<<< 6} a neighbor drills a deeper well e.t.c doesn't make it standard.

Over 500 houses in my neighborhood are suffering water shortage because of No 6. We dredged the stream behind my lot and the water level went down in the whole area But since I’m not affected, I just moveeeee on without worries.

I’m still looking at ways to solve problem No. 3 & 4 after I did my concrete floor without considering the future needs of the building(s).

It's possible to use weatherproof wood finish sir.
Major challenge is fire which could readily be solved with fire retardant wood treatment chemicals which we have in abundance produced in Nigeria.
