Are you saying she hasn't pee since yesterday? She mustn't poop everyday but for pee na must especially within 15 - 30 minutes after each feed. To be sure remove the diapers and observe her. no, you won't bath him with it, all you have to do is to add few drops of silver bird into hot water and close the bath room door for him to inhale the vapour or you can get someone to cover you with a cloth while you hold him firmly on your shoulder.

Both are good. You need to use milk for nutribom, but cerelac doesn't need milk.
The cerelac mixed with fruits should be for 7 months old though

pls give baby NAN 1., pending the time milk will start to overflow... drink pap and water very well and always put baby to suckle so the milk will come out.....

take him to the doctor, u cant self medicate a 2 week old. as for breastfeeding, express milk and feed him with a syringe. about 60 ml every 2 hrs.

Those are one of the symptoms of pneumonia/chest infection.. Your child might have a Bronchitis pneumonia .. Nothing will help at home.. My advise is go straight to hospital..

Please let him be checked by a pediatrician dermatologist. Take him to the hospital

Actually,if u practised exclusive breastfeeding for them,being 7months old is still early for them to like these adult foods...Patience is the key but still continue giving it to her,with time she'll like it...And about the weight,i am mama twin too,,they don't usually have same weight and their feeding habit can be really different(For peace of mind,double each adorable's birthweight,if the result tally with the current weight,do not disturb ur mind,they will be fine)...but if the gap bothers u,u can see ur paediatrician...kisses to ur adorables
