Good morning, After almost a month of paying for priority I got a mail from UKVI yesterday asking me to provide evidence from my school that I have been attending lectures. I have submitted a letter from my school stating I have been enrolled and I have been attending my classes. My question is my tb test expired while with UKVI. Please will that be an issue?

As mentioned you don't have to bear the same name with your husband, except you want to .... for visa purposes it is fine to have different surnames

Good day please I need an advise on my financial statement, Opening balance on the 29th of Jan on my account was 10m and then on the 4th of Feb there was a dip to 5.7m ( form A money was deducted to pay my fees) on that same 4th the money was added back to complete 10m and since then there was no dip, I have printed my statement and I'm being told I cant use the statement because of the dip even if it was replaced that same day, Please I need an advice on what to do. Thank you.

If the dip took you to below the minimum amount you need then yes you can't use that statement.... Best to start counting from 5th Feb

Asking for a friend, she intends to travel to study in the UK for her masters this September 2021. she has 3 children who she intends to take with her.

Her husband has a good job here and cannot follow them, please does she stand a chance considering the fact that her husband won't be going with her?

Is it possible she does hers first and her children later on before she leaves?
I know I have seen something about getting consent letter posted here, I will try and search. But any advice is needed. Thank you.

UK is not easy like 9ja where you drop your kids with neighbours and school bus comes to pick them and return them back home. Parenting of kids must be done by Husband & wife. If he/she is coming alone to study
- how will your friend take kids to school daily
-when will she be able to attend her university
-how will she be working & where will the kids be?
-If your friend husband has a good job in Nigeria, let him calculate the childcare cost of 3kids and weigh it with what he's earning monthly.
Parent consent is not just enough to fly the kids to UK and without checking the plan for the kids during their stay in the UK. Best of luck to your friend.
