Don't know how you can incorporate it to the pent house section. But you can do your pent house design in such a way that the decking slab extends to carry a concrete cast tank.

Create an exit door via the pent house to get access the tank. The reserved opening can as well serve as a sit out for quiet moments.

if you have the funds, go into the industry. Few weeks ago, I was told to buy wooden doors for a client. I couldn't because the furniture maker couldn't guarantee the time of delivery. His main reason was the unavailability of dry wood

I grew up with these woods lol masonia is purely for furniture same class as Lagos wood, Walnut and guaria.WIndow/door frames use to be comb wood and ceiling nodging was Abura. When you are from Sapele you will know all these.

I think they have the right equipment for drying woods and a very great laboratory. My dad retired from there.

These type of problems are exactly what led me to having 5 entrance/exits (a potential source of security breach) in my personal build.

Like I said, I don't have it, the last time i sold Osan or Akala wood was last year and it was N1, 500 then, but maybe the location and the source of the guy that have it is different from yours that is why your prices are different, I wouldn't know but I won't determine price for someone product or materials I don't control.
