The thing is that I was asked to update my app few weeks ago which I did, so I was told an OTP will be sent to my number but till now I haven't received any SMS. I can't login my account , I have been getting debit alert on that number, but couldn't send me OTP for two weeks plus. I have contacted alat team on email, WhatsApp, Twitter but they haven't done anything yet. I even contact wema bank they keep assuring me they are on it. Me I done tire. Any help here

Wema Bank does not have sense at allll. Go back to the old Alat app. it would work
