South-East doesn't need the murderous barbaric North! In fact, they're a huge burden to us.

South-West relationship with the North interesting. It's like slave and master, so I can't speak for them. Fulani took Kwara from them and actively grabbing more yoruba land and gradually rendering them refugees in Benin Republic.

Splitting from the North is the best solution to ensure we Southerners live in peace.

Nonsense. SW owns the market, there are so many neighboring countries with products in need of that market. Yorubas don't travel to neither north nor east to buy a thing, they bring it down to us to rather take advantage of the market we have. What that should tell you is that, anyone with product, produce is free to bring to our market, there are so many out there in search of this market, they will easily and quickly take advantage of norths' stupidity. The only reason why north got away with this is simply because we are in same country. If not, the market would have been lost by now.

If am not mistaking, last I ate yam is 3yrs ago and I have been surviving without it even healthier without it, last I ate cow meat is equally 3 years ago , what am I going to miss about these northerners , is it their infested tomatoes ? If nah to stop eating fresh tomatoes and depend on tin one's so these senseless Killing and threat from north will stop, I have agree to be eating from KFC so they will get off my land and crawl back to wherever they came from

The problem of Nigeria is not North or South nor Yoruba, Hausa, Ibo!
We have countries bigger than Nigeria in landmass and population yet they're doing very fine but Alas, Corruption has caused us all the hatred we now have for each other!

The leaders are corrupt-they have milked the country dry!

We the followers are corrupt! we sell our votes to the highest bidders yet we keep crying day and night that our leaders have failed us and the list goes on!

Places with enough capital always import goods and food from poorer places. It doesn’t matter if the supplies come from other regions with a country with individual home nations like in Nigeria or in the UK or from abroad. The customer is the boss and is always right and supply is useless without demand. The north got lucky because if the south blockade trade with the north start to trade only with the east then Northern Nigeria would wake up to find itself in an endless multi generational poverty that would last for decades. All the desert based countries can trade in cattle and tomatoes. Plus fresh tomatoes can be imported from Western Europe so the south don’t really need the north. All it would take is one year of hardship. Or we can farm, eastern and southern Nigeria has the best farming land on the African continent. Lagos is the backbone of Africa’s economy and as a formal capital is no man’s land. The east can provide these food and cattle can be shipped in from abroad. These parasites receive votes from the south. Kick them out of government in the next election and we can have a United country with our diversified economies. Both regions of the country depends on the oil wealth of the Niger delta people to survive so Nigeria is a parasite nation that feeds on oil and treat the region that produce this oil as sub citizens instead as the hen that lays the golden eggs. Nigeria is and would be 100 percent nothing without oil. We lost our farming economies decades ago. We lack the capability to maintain a small and easy thing as farming. All lot of issues need to be addressed for us to have a genuine National unity. One indivisible and United Nigeria must be an equally fair one. Kick out the Fulani cattle tribes men from Nigeria if they are not Nigerian Fulani people then let them return as migrants with Ecowas stamped visa and their cattle trade must be regulated and taxed. They are parasitic criminals and they must never be allowed to carry any weapons in Nigeria ever again. Our government should provide protection for every intelligent life forms within Nigeria or we must vote them out of office every election year if they are useless.
