Well I respectfully disagree with you though. The HiOs is actually really smooth. Infact, I theorize that your comment comes from probably one bad experience you've had that has most likely been fixed with an OS update or maybe wasn't even an OS issue at all. One thing about TECNO that people know is that they constantly check and monitor their OS and fix every bug, constantly giving us updates. Plus, the Kaos also has its issues. So you may prefer it, but you can do that without hating on another...just saying

I've actually used phones with KaOS, and honestly, I don't see what you mean. It may be sooth sure, but it's nowhere smoother or as sophisticated as the HiOS. Plus the Micro Intelligence feature picks up on your patterns faster than most OS out there,all in a bid to make the user experience of your device seamless...a task that they seem to perfect even better with each new device & OS update

HiOS micro intelligence is bringing me closer to what 007 does with his gadgets... my camon 16 is now my manager very smooth to navigate... operation flip flip and gesture gesture...

HiOS has evolved over the years. It looks refined and is comparable to miui sef

To get rid of all of it requires some serious rooting which is becoming increasingly difficult with each android upgrade.

Right on the bad experience.
Hell they not making some serious efforts to clean up the skin and make it look refined and decent enough to be called an android skin.
Only (wasted) effort is adding more features that are natively supported by stock android
