What are they talking about? Are you expecting them to agree to it. Like, during fasting or religious ceremony that forbid eating meet, my people still find a way to disobey the most high authority. Well, we'll find another solution, not this one you are talking about. |

Well, beef is just part of your own diet which you can easily restructure, but for some others it is their source of livelihood. budaatum: 1 Like |

Anyone with half a brain knows that this isn't really possible, the economy of the south west is larger than one single man or entity, we're not some small local community region were few people go to and can't reason independently. The solution is obvious to the blind and audible to the deaf; regional investment in cattle rearing by private individuals supported by the government. If we as a region could get poulty business right then cattle rearing would be achievable for us. A short term solution would be to ensure all herdsmen, butchers and meat vendors are registered by the state governments to ensure that rustled cattle or meat gotten from criminal herdsmen isn't sold on the market. 1 Like |

Apt! So what about Fulanis who have no other means other than their cows, why didn't they ignored the blockade? Are we not stupid to think we can't survive by other cooking means like fish and many others with cow meat? But people will boycott the same cow meat the minutes it becomes poisonous abi? It goes to show why Hausa/fulani are taking us for granted in this country. We can't United on a common ground. Shame in us! BeeBeeOoh: 1 Like 1 Share |

Weak cowardly tribe, where most people care only about their own individual personal comfort. Meanwhile those cattle herders whose meat you are hungry for are busy pillaging your farms, raping and killing your women. Something that these Northerners dare not do in the Niger-Delta or in the East. God forbid! 1 Like |
