For instance, if a builder charges a client say #5M for carcass only till roofing level, what is fair percentage distribution of the payment as work progresses. Ground breaking till DPC Ground floor block formation till lintel level Decking First floor block formation Final Lintel and Parapet (Assuming the total agreed project amount is #5M). Thanks |
