I guess the cut off will be fixed by the percentage of those that passed or failed. Honestly speaking the questions were mind boggling.

I don't think we can have the same general cut-off mark. Cut-off mark will be base on d performance of each department. You don't expect someone in medical field to have d same cut-off mark with someone in physics
