Why did you login in again? Do you think they don't see these multiple logins? I read here that someone took the test and submitted more than once. What if the system was designed to override/disqualify multiple submissions?

You still haven't resolved this issue. Use the first link I shared with you to initiate a new invite, let's see if it would work.

Yes it must have webcam as your camera has to be on during the exam.

change the first letter of ur email address(if it is in capital letter, change it to a small letter and vice versa.)

you may as well be patient just opened my mail to see over 40 messages in respose to activation and password resets
