I don't blame the federal government for using the money for development in other regions. Enough if this nonsense leaders we call leaders in Delta state . Delta state is in chains. One man has impeded the development of a state and yet he was given a clean bill by a sitting governor that he didn't steal a dime from the state coffers. Infact the money ought to have been taken to Borno state to build better schools.

Which State money? Delta State has exclaimed since 2007 that no money is missing from Delta State, it was a frame up against his Excellence Chief James Ibori. He was also acquitted by the Federal High Court Asaba Of any form of theft.

Falana is an Afonja man. And I think he is d only SAN against FG publicly for collecting the loot instead of Delta State.

Now to the topic, Delta State government claimed there was no money looted from their treasury. They never support the prosecution of Ibori because they believed he never stole their money. Why punishing innocent man?

But the money recovered and Delta State government wants to lay claim to money that was never stolen.. it doesn't make sense.

The court said the money may be bribe collected by Ibori and probably may not be Delta State government money.
