Akpos once suggested that you pre heat your oven in a way that is not so hot, then you put the dough in there to rise.

I'm more of a cake person. Usually, I don't like bread that much, so I'd rather make cakes with less sugar than bread.
It takes less effort to bake cakes, and they're more delicious.

Lol, yup, it's a lot of wahala, especially peeling the beans and making the pouch, but it's a fun process overall. I wanted to use moin moin leaves and found someone who sells them online but just when I decided to order them earlier in the week they were out of stock. I'll be buying them (to use next time) once they re-stock. I'm eager to see what they're like, as I've never seen nor used them before.

I'll post a photo later when I'm eating. They taste so good.

I'm doing another one now. It's rising but really slow.
If this one fail again, I will leave this bread thing till maybe 2 months time when there will be significant weather change.
