afrodoc2:Hmmmm, they should not and will not try it. It does not make any sense. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 7:44am On Mar 14, 2021 |
nitrogen:It makes complete sense when you realize that Woodward and the Glazers in the post-Fergie years have spent money mainly to maintain Champions League presence and the resulting commercial benefits. Winning the league is not their priority and most of their moves have been geared only towards qualifying for the champions league. As much as i hated JM's style he realized this in his last transfer window when they refused to back him after coming 2nd the season before. They didn't back him not because they hated him or wanted him to fail BUT because they truly believed that a team that came 2nd the season before was still good enough to make top 4 (their secret goal) the next season. Rather than push on from 2nd to 1st the next season they wanted to maintain Top 4 and when Top 4 was in jeopardy they sacked JM and appointed Amaka as a temp. Immediately Top 4 looked secure they appointed Amaka as the permanent manager. The fans are looking for ways to continue to spend and improve the squad until they win league titles but the board are looking for ways to spend to maintain Champions League Football. If you know this truth you will be set free. |

nitrogen:E go shock you. You guys should better relax your mind because Ole will be here for a long time. There are already rumors in the media about a new contract and I am quite certain come the end of this season, Ole will be signing a new bumper contract. How can you guys not even see that everything being done by the club points to the fact that Ole will be here for the long term bar any drastic occurrence? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by SyIvalord: 11:57am On Mar 14, 2021 |
MRTA7:Why? What has he done to deserve a new contract? |

| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by adebayo201: 12:10pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
I'm 150% sure that the contract will be renewed with an increase in his salary self. This club ehn. |

It's Match Day and there is no Excuse to drop any Points. Though seem we may unable to play any of Martial, Rashford and Cavani, but that shouldn't be an Excuse to drop any Points. This may be Opportunity for Amad to start, along with Greenwood as CF and James on the left Wing. Top 4 is becoming a tight Race, we can't afford to drop Points any longer. |

Oasis001:West Ham are 5th and are in good form while almost all our senior forwards and half of our midfielders are injured. It will be a very difficult match and the likelihood of dropping points is high. |

afrodoc2:Though Old Trafford is no longer a Fortress, but we should try be like Man City that are likely to win Matches with different Lineups. I won't even be surprised if most of our Players are well paid than theirs. I am so much tired of our Players Doc, is it possible to replace all of them at once? Perhaps we can open gofundme to get new Players for the Club as Fans. |

KingAlabi: ![]() Na real Wa. Stones and Martial are on same Goal. Cavani ain't scoring for fun either. Though Rashford scored more than the rest, but also missed more than the rest. Our highest Goalscorer is a Midfielder and he's fit as fùck...... so why the fuse? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 3:32pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
Oasis007:The salary does not affect reality and we don't have the depth of City's squad. Wishful thinking can't change the reality. If you like pay Bakayoko more than Zidane he won't turn to Zidane. We have been rotating only 4 midfielders for weeks now, of which McTom just returned from injury and Matic is old. All our senior forwards are injured and Greenwood at 19 and Amad at 18 are expected to lead our attack today. Finally we are playing against an in form 5th placed team that has had extra days rest compared to us. |

afrodoc2:Anybody that doesn't know this is lagging behind. And Solskjaer is clearly the kind of manger Woodward and co are looking for. A yes man that can occasionally get UCL that wont make any trouble about getting marqee signing |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by CapitalCee(m): 4:08pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
KingAlabi:Bros Alabi getting in his excuses for Ole quickly enough. Even with our injuries we still have enough quality to beat West Ham. Same west ham that lord lingard is the key player |

Squad at the Lowery hotel Henderson, Bishop, Grant; Wan-Bissaka, Williams, Tuanzebe, Lindelof, Maguire, Bailly, Telles, Shaw; Matic, McTominay, Fred, Fernandes; James, Rashford, Shoretire, Amad, Greenwood |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 4:42pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
Oasis001:I just pity Rashford. Even the fans don't appreciate him for playing through injury. He had better keep himself healthy in order to prolong his career cos the streets are not loyal. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MRTA7: 4:48pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
Does that mean that Sheffield's only away win this season was at Old Trafford? Smh |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Illimitable: 5:04pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
MRTA7:Ole & Maguire blamed the referee for the loss. Leicester annihilated them with ease - Iheanacho got his first hat trick against them. Losing to Sheffield United at Old Trafford should be a sackable offence. MRTA7:I would - if the manager would give him more minutes on the pitch. Bailly is easily the best CB at the club but he’s got fitness issues. I also think Ole has been biased against him even when he has been fit to start games. Ole just puts him on the bench for no reason to build a strong resume for the Swedish lesbīan. If Ole isn’t going to be playing him when fit, it’s better to let him go to a club that would. |

Oasis001:I remember Michael Owen always fighting his managers to play him even when he was injured or unfit, and by 25 he was finished. He later stated that it was one of the biggest mistakes he ever made in his career. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc2: 5:20pm On Mar 14, 2021 |
Oasis001:It is not an outlandish statement. The guy should be careful cos body no be firewood. He is the only player that i frequently see limping off on Wednesday only to be fit again on Saturday. These things add up. |
