What we call indecent dressing in Nigeria is not what it is in a western world,

Example: during summer here in America you will see 80% of young female adults(mostly teenagers) dress indecently. The first time I saw such dressing in a mall, the first thing that came to my mind is that most archaic Nigerian male can’t live here. There would be lots of rape cases as it is only Nigerian men that has high raving testosterone.
