Hello guys, hope we are all doing great. I tried taking the test and my profile was blocked after two attempts. Okay this is how it happened. When I started the test the first time, I skipped the questions that would take my time and went to the easier questions. So when it was time to go back to the previous questions and also go over what I had already done the portal suddenly hung and that was it. I could not refresh the page, neither could I go back or forward. I thought this was a network problem so I logged out and logged in again. Fortunately I was able to log in and I was given a totally different set of new questions to start again. I tried to use the same tactics as the first time, go over those I knew then go back to those I didn’t. Same thing happened as earlier. I tried logging in again but I was told my profile has been blocked, and I was asked to contact support. Please who else had a similar experience? Or has anyone tried contacting support, please what is support’s email addy? Thanks

Leave it my brother don't try to do the test again so that you will not get your account blocked. Knowing that you can't even be allowed to write the test when your profile is not properly updated.

Not true. I went back and checked all the questions. I later submitted . The only thing is that you must not refresh the page by opening another and going back .

Hello, I did the forget password stuff in order to get the link. After about 35 hours, I got a message that password reset successful but no link, please what's going on..
I'm not the only one having this issue

Still having issues updating my profile .... Av tried Chrome and Mozilla .. even went as far as trying puffin browser .. tried them on Desktop mode ... Also tried around 1am-3am and 6am-7am ... Still didn't work .... Can someone that has updated his or hers please help me try on their device ??

Check at the top side click edit then fill in the missing information ... Also. Upload your documents as requested ... Which level of education did u use to apply ... Olevel or NCE or degree

I got the link to reset my password. Have been trying since yesterday using different browsers, No way. The website is casted, Wahala too much for this country
