I've been having the same issue since yesterday too. Over 12 hours of trying. It's from the site itself

For people having problems with the password change, try it at night. That's what I did and it literally came in less than 10secs.

My account was blocked, and after 24 hours, it was reopened and i scored 80% in the test

For those whose accounts were blocked after several attempts to take the test. This is for you. Try exactly what I did and see if you will get lucky to take the test again.

I was blocked. After noticing that the email of their support is not working, it dawned on me to resort to self-help.


I decided to update my profile again. After updating my profile, I proceeded to take the test and was surprised my account was unblocked. I completed my test.

If you succeed like I did, try and finish the test as quick as possible.

Please I just finished taking the test, and noticed that on my dashboard, my passport is actually my nysc discharge certificate. Though I uploaded my passport when updating my profile. I have refreshed and refreshed, logged out and logged in again yet it's still there. I tried to change it but I can't find any option for that.

So guys, what do you advice? Do I just leave it like that? If not, what can I do to remedy it?

No issues. It must be jpeg format and must be 200kb lower in size.

Just went on FB to find out there's people that have been at it for over 2 days and are still unable to finish updating. I don't get why a govt site has to be so problematic. I could go on YouTube and upload an hour long video and have no problems fgs, and that's a site with literal millions of users at any given time, with millions of terabytes of data moving around.

If one has taken the test what is the portal still showing take test?
Does it apply to everyone or is it only me?

Have reset my password and was able to access my profile but now when I try to login again, I keep getting "please reset your password".

If I guess right, did you apply with O'level ? It is actually because there are so many people that applies with O'level hence the congestive error. I applied with NCE even though i don't have that certificate with me since my graduation but my profile got updated immediately. I took the test Subsequently afterward

mine had all, I had math, simultaneous Equations, English, Programming, I had fill in the Gap, Statistics and so many more. Most the questions, I had apparently come across online, so may be that's why it wasn't so hard. They were copied test from random question and answer web

They are not using webcam.... Any one can write for another .... While writing the test don't switch tab and don't go back .....

Please is NASIMS ID the same with the email address used to login? Unable to proceed to take the test since.
