Thank you Oga Lexusgs430, since we have progressed to this stage, would like to know if the agents have other applicants that are interested in the same property going through the same process. Or do they pick just one applicant? I want to know if we should check other property or just hope for this. Thanks.

Lexusgs430:
Veegal.......

Referencing simply means a credit history check + affordability test........

The result of the above, would determine if you have secured that accommodation.......

NB: Referencing fees, are non refundable.........

Hello guys, How do I get my provisional driving license here in the Uk? I've checked online and I saw two options... £34 if you apply online and £43 by post, please which one is suitable for a JJC like me?
As this is a new application and your first in this country. You will need to apply by post. Why? Because you will need a passport photograph and also someone to sign that they know you (a guarantor)
You can only apply online if you are renewing or upgrading to a full license.

But it's the truth na, all the ones that say house owner guarantor.
3 times annual rent guarantor, royal family relative guarantor.

Just shut them up with 6 months rent.

Anything money can't do......

More money can do it.

You can apply online for a provisional licence as a new resident.
After applying and paying online, they will post to you a short form to complete and send back enclosing a passport photo for the licence and your residence permit which they will return to you.

If I remember correctly, you just give your current UK address only. There's a section where you indicate if your previous address was outside the UK.

Hi guys, I have 4 admission offers to study in the UK (September 2021 intake). I was hoping to get the Chevening scholarship but didn't make it past the first stage.
I can only afford the £2,000 deposit, but can't afford the full tuition fee for any of the schools (least is £14,000), and it's even scary when converted to naira.

Please, what advice can you offer me?

Am sure most people rushing to the UK for postgraduate study is to secure PR which Is 50/50. Has many had been refused
by Canada. How can my studying in the UK enhances my Canada pursuit later considering I can get same msc in nigeria with very low cost when compared to the millions I will spend for UK msc.

Please can I drive with my Nigeria International drivers license here in the UK?

I've got just the provisional license which I can't drive with till I get the full license.

Also, when insuring the car, I'm I using my provisional license or International license for it?

Simple trick: use your provisional license to get insurance

Then drive with your Nigerian local or International driving license for one year.

You see this trick? It invalidates the insurance itself.

If using your intl license, it's only valid for 12 month's, from entry date stamped on passport (your passport would be required, if stopped). If police cannot obtain details from immigrations database.........

To insure your car with a PL, you would need a full UK license holder (3 years experience), to accompy you all the time (L plates must be on the front and rear of vehicle).........

Your last question, already answered in my 1st response......

NB : I am not sure if your holding a PL, invalidates your IL..... Make further enquiries........ cheesy
