If ur in the US, check out Visible. I think they have a plan you can get for $25 a month and it runs on the Verizon network. I would switch but my plan gives me free international data, so when I do personal travel it's been a life saver(getting off a plane) when I can't immediately get local data.

There is no relative anything. The least salary you earn here as an English teacher is now 1200 USD.

It used to be 800 USD before the Covid-19 but now, it's 1200 USD.

NOBODY will offer a teacher here 550 talk more of the teacher accepting it

They even insult teachers who accept and the schools that offer 1200 USD per month. But trust our African people, they accept this so they keep offering it

Those who haven’t traveled think living abroad is Disneyland. It had its perks but you also have to bust your azz to pay these bills every single month and when you don’t pay, you get kicked out of your place or the utilities get turned off or they even come and take your car.
Living abroad comes with the stress of maintaining yourself monthly. People borrow money so they can take their annual trip back to Naija just to floss and flex then they spend the rest of the year or more paying that bill.

But there's always a job to pay the bills, except if one is lazy. So far you migrate legally, getting a job won't be problem. To maintain life abroad is tough and difficult, yet they never want to come back home, yet they keep establishing several businesses, embarking on several eye-catching projects that run into countless millions back home. I wonder what u mean by working ur ass to maintain urself in a month, Even in a country that has the best social welfare package, people still work their ass to pay bills.

I have unlimited WiFi in my house (I work from home) and I also have unlimited data on my phone because every morning, I take a 1 hour walk plus jog in between and use my phone data to listen to music, podcasts, make calls and so forth before I resume work.

Interesting perspective that food/groceries is more than rent. It's usually the other way round with rent/mortgage being the highest monthly expense by far especially as you may need a bigger house for a family of 5.
