Utter nonsense and misplaced priority placing a bounty on a guy that committed no offence.

Nobody should moral police anyone here. I had a friend back in the days in the University that had a problem, he can not control his sexual urges. When I initially read this story I was of the opinion that man should have destroy this video, Don't get me wrong He is a pervert but recording him without his consent and he wasn't even harassing the woman and again you got the opportunity to stop the video before it went viral, if he was smart he would have destroyed that phone before the girl posted it on social media. He will be looking at jail term now because of his foolishness.
