Hello, I am an MSc student

Please I got F in a core and F in an elective.

For the elective, must I write it again, can't I let it go? Like, waive it off?

If you had a B.Sc. in management sciences, you don't need to pass through PGD but if not, for you to cross over to management sciences, you must do PGD
