Just keep sending complaint messages both their support email and their online message platform @nasims.gov.ng

This is what I did... Don't know if it was the reason for reopening my account or perhaps it occurred naturally..

It was blocked about 4days ago though, but was reopened today

I couldn't upload/update my details successfully for the O/level category...it kept showing random alternate display of "you have some errors/something went wrong" each time I click on submit button..

Please what can I do to make the updating/uploading successful (OLevel cadre)?

I can't seem to validate my details. What could be the problem? I have correctly entered my BVN, Mobile number and DoB.

Does it have anything to do with linking my phone nunber with NIN ?

Don't give up. Keep trying especially in the night. Kept trying for more than 30 times before it went through.

Don't know if this will help in anyway but I'll share it anyway. When I did mine earlier today, the same thing you described happened to me so I went back to the qualification section, chose ordinary diploma (something like that), it then brought out a new set of column, I filled them up (note: without clicking on the submit button yet), still went back and changed back to secondary school and refilled everything again. Then, I clicked on submit continuously till it logged me out(was still displaying those error messages alternately before eventually logging me out), when I would login again using chrome (I was using firefox earlier), I found my profile updated

PROBLEMS SOLVED
If you're having trouble uploading your documents, it may be you're using only 2 names just go to the other name and delete the dash(-) line then you're good to go�

Pls how can I solve this issue?

I've been trying to help my bro for 3 days now I couldn't do it validate the BVN..

When AV updated it's putting my national ID for certificate and passport for national id. Please how do I solve this?

How many times did you click on submit before you were logged out

Honestly, I can't say...just kept clicking and clicking, perhaps almost for 15-20 minutes sef, I wasn't quickly logged out

'Verification for user ID: NPWR/2020/04......... failed' is what i get when i try logging to take the test. I have updated my profile and uploaded all necessry documents. Pls any solution? M getting fed up.

No, I haven't even tried clicking on the test link at all due to network issues over here, most likely I'll be taking it late into the night
