I strongly feel there should be a law where people that accuse men wrongfully of rape should be given the same punishment as a rapist. This is necessary in order to deter other ladies from commiting such crimes.

I have had an experience where a lady told me that she would get pregnant and tell people it was her father that impregnated her because she was living alone with her father then, and the father was trying to restrict her movement as a teenager.

She should do the jail time for rape cuz if she was successful in libel against this guy and deceive the law court to sentence this guy to prison, she would not accept any apology from this guy to drop the case.

I would never accept just an apology for false rape accusation...I will make sure she gets the maximum penalty I can secure under the law!

I’m pretty sure the rape allegation will travel farther than the apology, the damage has already been done.

This isn't enough. She should be jailed to serve as deterrence to other clout chasing idiotic women in the future. Imagine playing chess with a man's life for fame or whatever, what if the guy had committed suicide?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the day any lady falsely accuses me of rape, that'll be the day I'll kill someone. If the courts refuse to jail her, I'll kill her by myself.
