Jones4190:Going by your assertion Awolowo should have fought on the Biafran side to spite the Gambaris that jailed him for treason after his release from Calabar prison by Ojukwu!!!! Why is it that only the 1966 coup is regarded as Igbo coup while other coups including the Gdieon Orkar and Dimka coups which were ethnic oriented not tagged with an ethnic title? Do you think Adaka Boroand Saro Wiwa will still go by your assertions today now that the obvious is inevitable!!! What befell them was like the Case of Afonja and the Gambaris in Ilorin, Afonja has learnt his lessons in a very bitter way sodid to Wiwa and Adaka Boro both fell to the bullets of the Gambaris hegimony |

Jones4190:You accused ojukwu of fighting boro and including ijaw land in his biafra without consulting ijaw stake holders but refused to also blame boro for doing the same thing. Did isaac boro consult other ethnic groups in niger delta before going ahead to declare his niger delta republic? Isaac boro and saro wiwa aligned with the fulani during the war to fight the igbos but were later brutally killed by the same fulanis saro wiwa corpse was mutilated with acid they couldn't even give him a decent burial while boro was betrayed and shot in the head from the back by the same fulani nigerian army so why didn't you include all these in ur miserable write-up? |

Nnamdi Kanu is leading an organisation that is championing the independence of his people from Nigeria, what has that got to do with educational qualification? I dont know how some people reason |

hollah123:Nnamdi Kanu is a Prince. The son of a rich and respected king in Abia state. His father was so rich he afforded sending him to UK to study at one of the best universities in UK. How many Nigerians can afford to send and train their child to study in UK from year one to graduation not masters by hustling, if not your looting and thieving politicians ![]() Nnamdi Kanu was not supposed to worry about Biafra or freedom fighting because he had a good life, his father has money. He will become king and join in looting Nigeria. He can even contest election in Abia and win, but he chose not to but to fight for freedom of his oppressed people. His wife and kids are all living comfortably in UK, if he is broke and hungry they would have ran back to Nigeria to be living a miserable life since. Nnamdi Kanu is a nephew of late General Aguiyi Ironsi the first Military President of Nigeria in 1966, and first Nigerian Chief of Army Staff. So you see ![]() Royalty run in his lineage, just like me ![]() |

Generalization is killing our desire to get together and do meaningful things. When you say 'this is the truth Igbos hate to hear', you are painting everyone with the same brush. Every homogenous community has internal conflicts. There are always good and bad. Among the Yorubas, Hausas , Fulanis and every where else. I am proudly Igbo, and I am objective. Many years ago when I read this story from the annals of history, I was objective about it. How dare you say 'this is the truth Igbos hate to hear'. The truth stands anywhere, any time for all time. In your mind, you think you cannot find objective Igbos? Even if you get Niger Delta Republic today, you will still have internal conflicts. If the Yorubas get Oduduwa today, there will still be internal conflict, even among the Hausas and Fulanis, among the Germans and English/Irish/Welsh/Scots...its everywhere!!! Make your comments objectively, do NOT generalize. You will miss many beautiful opportunities when you do so. Yorubas are this, Hausas are that, Igbos are the other thing, Ijaws are this, all rubbish. Look closely and you will find the right people in every place. Jones4190: |
