I understand what you're going through. It will take a while and work from you. But first, to not be embarrassed by those erections, wear briefs. The type that will hold your crouch well. Here's a trick I'll teach you. I'm sure you won't lust after your mum or your sister (if you have one). What you meant is abstinence not celibacy (for mostly catholic priests) , they're not the same.

Abstinence is not a good idea. You see how you're suffering because of it? You can't control natural stuff your body does, like feeling Hot.
