that is because 1mw electrical milliwat is equals to 0 decibels-miliwats(0 dBm).
it is just like counting backwards, and getting to zero means a higher reception. Though our phone antenna uses very very low power often as low as 0.00000000001 mW or less, cell signal strength is less than 0 dBm and therefore measured in negative numbers .
The closer you get to 0 dBm, the stronger the signal; for example, −70 dBm is stronger than −90 dBm, −95 dBm is stronger than −105 dBm, and so forth.

Just because ur cell tower picture shows 4/5 bars or 5/5 bars doesn't mean ur network is good. U need to know the dbm value of ur signal.


To access that, go to settings, then go to about phone and click on sim settings. U will find dbm there.


50–70 dbm - great signal. Minimal battery drain
.
70–90 dbm- OK signal, moderate battery drain.

90–120- crap signal, high battery drain.

My cell phone signal bar in main screen shows 5/5 bars signifying full strength but when I look at it's dbm , it's giving me a value of 109.


What does this mean? The phone is forking out way more power to give u stable LTE connection compared to 55 dbm for example so 109 dbm this will drink battery like Yeltsin drinks vodka

You can't trust them to rep England well in Europe next season yet they're angling to make an appearance.

This is what UEFA Champions League coefficient points system looks like:

First qualifying round elimination – 0.5 points 
Second qualifying round elimination – 1 point 
Group stage bonus participation – 4 points 
All wins from group stage onwards – 2 points 
All draws from group stage onwards – 1 point 
Round of 16 bonus participation – 4 points

. . .with additional points for teams that reach the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals or final.

We would have good representation if the table was to finish this way:

UCL
Liverpool
Citeh
Chelsea
Manyoo

Europa
Wolves
Spuds.

These teams will rake in good UEFA coefficient points. Would produce two semi-finalists in either competitions. Leicester no just wan rest.

We are in the finals of the FA cup, top 4 looks feasible, this is more than what any fan demanded from this team and manager at the beginning of the season, hopefully we would be able to lift the FA cup, if not, still, the team has done well.

This win today means that we have defeated the top 7 teams this season and scored all of them 2 goals and above in the wins. We've won mancity, Liverpool, arsenal, man-u, Leicester, Tottenham and wolves.

We are the 3rd highest scoring English team in all competitions this season after mancity and Liverpool.

This means that if we can solve our defensive issues, we can actually be title contenders next season.
We really need to find a way to balance our defence with the attack.

Our future looks very bright.
