I graduated last year and ought to go for service this year, it turns out the name on my jamb portal doesn't tally with the one on my school senate list, as such NYSC could not register me.

I process the name change and followed it up with my uni, for 6 months now, I haven't heard a response from JAMB. I went to twitter and JAMBHQ said they no longer add names abi something like that.

I'm confused, is there any other alternative?

I'm tired at home already... Does anyone have an experience with this? Pls help

As long as your first name and surname are same in your Waec and Jamb you'll probably not have any problems...

what of if in jamb result,my name is Ikhelowa Adewale Abdulmalik but in waec result it's Ikhelowa Abdulmalik Imoreshiogbe, what is the solution for clearance, would I lose my admission, because the first and middle name are not consistent, the waec name is the correct one

so what is the solution for someone who had discrepancy in name in jamb and university result, how can the person register for nysc, that is the person has done change of name on jamb caps but it was rejected
