Nigerians are always drawn to assumptions. They tend to oversimplify or underate people and situations. By next year, Buhari’s tenure will come to an end. The same Buhari that was predicted to die on the seat because of his ill health.

Today, in their usual poor judgement. Nigerians (especially on social media) have resorted to cursing and disparaging TINUBU. THIS WILL NOT SAVE YOU.

Tinubu has shown that he is a tactician and strategist. He is in politics to play politics. Not to entertain feeble emotions. This is somebody that was strategic enough to snatch out the APC presidential ticket against the will of Buhari and the party chairman.

It will take more than processions, rallies and social media hatred to undo TINUBU.

THE disrespect for him will not stop him. The only way out is to be strategic. If Tinubus presidency is a nightmare for you. Forget who or what you love and do the next best possible thing.

Vote Atiku.

A vote for Obi is a Vote for Tinubu.

Why? Obi is already splitting natural PDP votes.

It is touted that Kwankwaso is working for Tinubu.

You can't be an idealist at this time.

Do not Love Obi and give Nigerians Tinubu with your action. Tinubu is not your mate politically. Tinubu is not your average politician.

Tinubu singlehandedly put Buhari there and to prove he was the one. He singlehandedly snatched the APC presidential ticket against all odds.

If you are an Obi supporter, all you need to do is to campaign for him, ensuring that your vote counts and that he wins. Obi is contesting to win and not contesting to ensure Tinubu’s victory. It is has come to our attention the attitude of EMEKA IHEDIOHA in trying to delay and deny justice against the probe of his illegitimate administration of 8 months.

It will be recalled that the Imo state government had approved the request of the Auditor General for Local Governments and Chieftaincy Affairs, to take all necessary steps to recover the sum of N19.63Billion siphoned from the State-Local Government Joint Accounts Allocation Committee (JAAC), through the Bureau for Local government and Chieftaincy Affairs (BLGCA), by the sacked government of Emeka Ihedioha, in just 8 months in office.

“The staggering amount was siphoned for undisclosed purposes.”
The State commissioner for Information and Strategy, stated the N19.63Billion misappropriated Funds was discovered during a routine Audit of the Accounts and Records of JAAC with the Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs by the Local Government Auditor General for the fiscal year ended 31/12/2019.

The Government’s action was in line with the NEW IMO Agenda to entrench a resilient and transparent Public Service and restore financial discipline and Rule of law premised on extant laws pertaining to the Custody, Management and Appropriation of Public Funds.

J.A.A.C. was set up by law and disbursements of L.G.As Funds is guided by Model Financial Memorandum and other extant laws on custody, and management and audit of the said entity.

We regret that the money was illegally withdrawn from J.A.A.C. account without any Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) or Stores Receipt Vouchers  (S.R.V.)  or  Stores  Issue Vouchers (S.I.V.) in accordance with extant laws.

We hold that Some of the agents used by Ihedioha’s government to siphon the billions of Naira include; The Managing Director of Wall House Ltd., a crony of the sacked governor, who was paid N1.215 billion for supply of construction equipment without any document, which he didn’t supply. There was also an unconscionable mandatory withdrawal of N2.405 Billion by the Bureau for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs (BLGCA).

Other payment of N9.378Billion to Local Government councils for an undisclosed purpose. Also Mr Anyama and co. received N245 Million for no disclosed purpose.

We uncovered also Other fictitious and fraudulent withdrawals which include compulsory returns or kick- backs from Local Government Councils to the BLGCA to the tune of N2.404Billion. This was deducted from the allocated funds of the L.G.A.’s.
Payment of N245Million to Raphael Anyama & Co. (Chartered Accountants) from Rural Roads Account without payment vouchers or approvals.

Payments made through the banks without payment vouchers or evidence of expenditure to the tune of N3.332Billion.

Most Curious phenomenon was where N25Million was paid  twice to the Principal Secretary to the governor in December 2019 as security vote.


Emeka IHEDIOHA should then focus on how to face the dance of the law .

Ihedioha Clarifies ‘Saboteur’ Comment On Obi Supporters, Tenders Apology

Aformer Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Emeka Ihedioha has clarified a comment wherein he reportedly called supporters of Labour Party (LP)’s Peter Obi saboteurs. He also apologised for the development.

The comment he made at a new yam festival by an Igbo community in Accra, Ghana where he allegedly claimed Obi’s supporters are saboteurs had attracted criticism.

But speaking on Friday, the former Imo State governor said he is friends with the Anambra-born politician and as such could not have made the remark.

“That cannot be me. It is far from the truth and not in my character. I believe even in dissent from within my immediate nuclear family,” Ihedioha said on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily.

“My position was very simple. I was speaking to our people – I am an Mbaise man – and the PDP has been faithful to us and has given us support; the opportunity to produce a governor in our state. I said to them, we have an opportunity and I called that they should not sabotage our efforts to reclaim power. That was it and the context.”

He faulted those criticising his comment, saying they do not understand the context in which the remark was made.

“If you do watch the tape, you will find the context,” Ihedioha added. “It is certainly blown out of proportion.”

The PDP chieftain, however, apologised to those who may have been hurt by his statement, maintaining that he respects people’s choices, especially in politics.

“So, to all those – millions of Nigerians particularly of southeast extraction – who are hurt by my use of language, I am deeply sorry about it,” he said.

“I do not mean to hurt anybody and they have a right to express their political opinions in any way, form, or shape. I have lots of my friends who belong to other political parties and we still relate.”

Hope Uzodinmgba is most probably the most ruthless politician in Nigeria as we speak. Any politically conscious Imo State indigene knows this. Hope approaches politics the same way a ruthless assassin approaches his target. He employs every method available and will go to every level to win. This is why most Imo citizens are a bit worried about next year. If the elections are free and fair, Hope may not get up to 5% of the votes. He knows this and also seem to have gotten the federal forces to understand his situation too.

As a result, the whole state has been saturated with soldiers and Hopes version of the Ebubeagu outfit who squash any dissenting voice at will and blame the ubiquitous unknown gunmen. Not stopping at that, Hope and his boys at Owerri utilized the police and co to hyjack the structures of most political parties in the state. Immediately Peter Obi came on strong with The Labour Party, the next thing Hope did in Imo State was to bribe his way to foist his person as the head of the party in Imo State! What it means is that the labour party is now working for Hope Uzodimma in Imo State. Obviously Peter Obi and his crew are more concerned with the federal elections to do much at the moment and he knows.

Hope did not stop there. He went as far as inflating the voters register around his home areas in other to control the outcomes of the elections next year. Suspecting that Rochas may spring a surprise too, Hope also inflated the voters register around the Ideato parts of the state where Rochas comes from. What this means is that, if the elections are held today and the inflated voters registers are used, Hope will rig out Rochas Okorocha from the Senate, even in Rochas local government!

There is a crisis in the Labour Party, Imo State chapter as over 100 party members on Monday staged a protest at the party secretariat demanding immediate removal of the state Chairman, Ambrose Onyekwere.

It was gathered that the protesting party members, who barricaded the party office as early as 8am, sang solidarity songs, while accusing the chairman of high-handedness and compromising party’s ethics, The Guardian reports.

The protest attracted over 20 armed security personnel, who intervened, to ensure peace, as well as restore order in the area.
The aggrieved party members, most of whom were from Owerri zone of the state, and led by Aboh Mbaise Council Youth Leader, Patrick Ihekoronye, insisted that “Onyekwere must go” to save the party from imminent collapse.

The protesters further accused the chairman of playing the script of the Owerri zone senatorial candidate of the party, Ezenwa Onyewuchi, who, they alleged was replacing duly elected party officials with his loyalists against the general interests of the party.


Speaking to journalists during the protest, the leader, Ihekoronye said, “We embarked on this protest because we are aggrieved by the unlawful actions of the party’s state Chairman, who, we believe, is on a mission to sell off our party to some political merchants in the state.
“Why we are asking that Onyekwere be removed is because we have discovered he is a mole in our party. He is an APC man drafted into our party by his paymasters to collapse the party for their selfish interests, as well as to sabotage Peter Obi and our other candidates’ victory in the coming 2023 general elections. And we can’t allow that to happen.”

Similarly, the party’s Deputy Chairman for Owerri zone, Roland Obiyor, blamed Onyekwere of exhibiting actions capable of disintegrating the party in the state.

Obiyor, who alleged that the flagrant removal of elected party officials without recourse to the party’s constitution was causing harm to the party in the state, said “I think their agitation is apt in the sense that the state Chairman has caused a lot of troubles for LP in Imo. In fact, his inconsistency in administrative processes has caused harm to the party. Therefore, his continued stay might end up robbing us of the credibility we need as a party in the state.”

I have watched the video over and over again. I am yet to see where Ihedioha mentioned Labour Party or Obi. But OBIdients in their usual laziness and inability subject themselves to the mental rigour of listening to understand have chosen to quote the man out of context.

Have you wondered why the Northerners are quiet? They are keeping their game to chest. OBIdients are spilling all their strategy with hatred and vile. In the coming days, as usual, they will teach Nigerians how this politics is played.

Few days ago, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha CON, on the invitation of his kinsmen, was in Accra, Ghana to celebrate this year's Iri Ji festival with the Mbaise community in that country.

As a founding member and one of the leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, he seized the opportunity of that visit to address PDP issues nationally but particularly in Imo State and assuage the anxiety of the members his party who have been apprehensive of the developments within the party.

In doing so, he decried what at best is the insouciant attitude and worse, the outright sabotage of some acclaimed party leaders who are engaging in acts that are inimical to the success of the PDP, especially in the Southeast by working in cahoots with the other parties. He was only talking about members of his own political party.

For clarity purposes, His Excellency, neither referred to members of any other political party, especially the Labour Party as saboteurs. He only spoke in the context of the PDP and the emphasis was on the need for members of his party to remain consistent and committed.
It is inconceivable that he will refer to anybody who is supporting Mr. Peter Obi, Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, his long time friend, with whom he shares close political affinity and has utmost respect for, as a saboteur.

It is unfortunate that his well-intentioned speech which addressed the specific issue of happenings within his own political party was, again, manipulated by fifth columnists to suit their mischievous scheme of bringing him on a collision with Mr. Peter Obi, whose unwavering political philosophy of "Taking Back Nigeria" from the draconian stranglehold of the failed ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, he wholeheartedly shares.

His Excellency respects the aspirations and passion of members of other political parties, even as he remains committed to the cause of his own political party and it is not in his character to cast aspersions on those who hold contrary political opinion.

In 2019, Senator Nurudeen Adeleke, the governor-elect of Osun State campaigned vigorously for the Atiku/Obi ticket. However, in 2022, Peter Obi betrayed Nurudeen Adeleke (the peoples choice) and campaigned for Yusuf Lasun because of his selfish ambition of becoming president. Politicians in Nigeria are the same.

Peter Obi knew that Nurudeen Adeleke was the peoples choice. He would have stayed away from Osun but because he wanted to protect him ambition and step in as the leader of labour party. He went to OSUN to campaign against Adeleke without thinking twice.
