I don't agree with this. You might not be perturbed if you plan that your pullets should not be laying by 19 weeks but it is an issue if you didn't. Its not helpful for the fellow who asked the question not to also get the right response and I believe he should answer the question raised on the weight of the bird. In addition can he tell us the breed of the bird he has stocked. This would allow a snap shot review of his posting.

Farm Manager
Applicants for this position must meet the following requirements:
• At least 10 years working experience in a poultry
• Must have managed or worked in a poultry with more than 10,000 birds
• Have experience in layers and chicks management
• Ability to maintain records of scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to maintain complete records and report all mechanical system and infrastructure failures and resolution on farm equipment.
