if you know your genotype and blood group, you can get it done without running the comprehensive test on you (on a runs level) and it will be signed and typed by a medical director. The cost depends on your levels and skills of negotiation.

During and after training avoid taking cold water, take warm or hot water to help your intestine maintain the training status.

The most important document you should come along with is your MEDICAL REPORT FROM GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS NOT PRIVATE THEN YOU CAN COME WITH THE PHOTOCOPIES OF ALL YOUR CREDENTIALS YOU CLAIM WHEN FILLING THE FORM ONLINE AND YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Training tips: Engage in more abdominal training to have more inner strength, as this will help you last long in your jogging or running within the time constraint you'll be given. Eat light food to enhanced your weight and if you're over weight, have a light sex or better still engage in a skipping rope exercise. run it for 10 minutes or less, that's the standard 3.2km

Right now, we have two parties in this thread- 1) Those that got a text message 2) Those that didn'nt/don't believe that the text message is for real.
My comments:
1) The weak point of party one is that NAF has not updated its website with respect to that neither has any national daily publicised the shortlisted names.
2) Party two is not happy for not receiving the text message, therefore doubting its authenticity, believing that NAF needs to update its website that will reflect the party one's received text message.
3) Party two also suggests that atleast one of national daily must publicise the names of shortlisted candidates.
My conclusion:
More importantly, If NAF fails to update their website that will reflect what party one claimed to be in their received text messages, then, i put it to party one members that they are being scammed directly or indirectly.
Please, party one members, no insult, i just said the technical truth.

Hello room mates, listen up!!! today national dailies are out and nothing is found concerning the Nigerian Airforce at all and even their website. Meanwhile, those that got the SMS should stay calm for further information if there is but if no further information and posting of the list on their website by the end of today, then I guess the SMS is fake, may be it's the plot of the boko haram to lodge an attack on those going to kaduna because they have an intelligent personnel too and a lots of hackers working for them. Let's be careful and stay calm.
