The deals with China were direct deals into the economy,they are not loan facilities.it is not the earlier contracts that were govt tied.Hence cancellation is pointless.
the benefactors are key players in the economy and they have achieved at least 60% of implementation on the whole average.guess who are the major receipts(private).it is virtually impossible to cancel.
Let us not forget Tinubu is a major player in Nigeria China business relations.
The West will need to bring its own FDI plans(which they are doing) but cancellation is impossible.

when the contract was now renegotiate under a new firm.the results are a lot better but there are other issues that have emerged!
