So not getting admitted is part of God's plan for the guy, huh?... He should have told him not to waste his money obtaining JAMB form, attending lessons, obtaining POST JAMB form, studying hard for the exam, travelling like a cattle rearer and whatnot.

And it is when people have this dearly problems that they wish for an almighty, all-powerful God who could help them out. Things would be better if this were true.
