Baldg:That man did not only drive against traffic, he was reckless and posed serious threat to the lives of other road users. After watching the video, I can't but agree with the police that his reaction raised serious suspicion as if he is a criminal and is avoiding arrest. The Government should remove Agbero on Lagos roads to reduce cost of transportation. They should remove omonile wahala and reduce cost of building plans and permits. Building in Lagos is way too expensive and it will be very very difficult if not impossible to regulate rent 19 Likes 2 Shares |

Chidinma's trial is still ongoing before the Lagos State High Court and justice will be served at the end. Meanwhile, you read the number of witness that the prosecution called including the man's children that testified against him, yet you are asking for evidence. Xisnin:I beg to disagree. All election on the same day is preferable as it will eliminate the bandwagon effect of everyone voting for the Government at the Centre in subsequent elections as we had before. It means opposition parties can be chairman of local government areas in Nigeria. If I may advice, you may wish to look at your tenancy agreement (if any) because you may not even be entitled to the notice to quit you are boasting about. Moreover, notice to quit is not a ticket for free tenancy. Your rent expires in December and your Landlord gave you notice of increase already. You can't fault the timing in any way. Finally bro, I don't pay rent anymore. You will get there someday. |

edoncast:Your landlord can increase the rent at anytime and at any rate he chose. If it's not convenient for you, you can look for alternative accomodation. It doesn't matter if you just rented the property provided that the increase does not effect the year already paid for |
