There is nothing like registry wedding. It's called statutory wedding. Wedding has no time frame. It's a lifelong contract except if terminated by way of divorce. Marrying another woman during the pendency of your statutory marriage is an offence of Bigamy punishable with prison term. 1 Like |

Banks have no power to unilaterally debit another customer. It can only recall the fund if the beneficiary of the transfer gives a written authorisation or if you serve them a court order. |

Please who have the judgment of the tribunal or a summary of it for us to read. We don't even know the reason why his election was invalidated and the purport of the minority judgment to enable us make an informed opinion on the issue. That said, I think Dino is becoming too boastful and kind of playing God. Kogi deserve better than the crop of leaders they have. |
