sorry to ask, I just want to be sure of what you're saying, is it account opening application or account upgrade application, because when I opened my account with standard chartered, my account opening application was processed the following day, but when I tried to upgrade it, it took 3weeks plus before the application was rejected because of unclear documents that I uploaded I just replied again hoping it would work this time around
