Oh, I get what you mean now. Yes, of course we'll need that certificate when the time comes but I was speaking based on student-level and what they can achieve with very little money before the strike was called off and also what they can learn without paying huge sum of money while in school. Now i want you to note that the reasons why i wasn't moved was,
