TalkTalkTwins:he's a newbie so he thinks he's talking something fundamental. Data collection and selling is the biggest goldmine on the internet. So long as the providers of the data are anonymous when you sell it, it is completely legal. It's just like nairaland here, users are anonymous but you can still collect data to know what people are looking for and how you can meet this need. |
SchoolGate:You can go ahead and reveal my pictures before you start running your mouth like person wey get diarrhoea. You do not have to compulsorily log into a Google account to use android devices. It is only compulsory when you want to use Google products like play store, Gmail and youtube. Otherwise, android itself is free to use. And were you expecting to use the playstore without signing up? Do you know how bad the service will be if it brings up random apps because it cannot predict what you want? Do you know how aweful YouTube will be if its not intelligent enough to use your previous likes to suggest what you'll like to watch? The data Google get most times is to make the place better for users. And if it sells this data, it does so in such a way that it cannot be tied individually to a user. The buyer of the data only get a vague idea of the general population, what they like, dislike and the country or state of residence but will never get personal information like house address, phone numbers, username, or even your Gmail address or ID. Those are considered private information and only used to personalize your product. I laugh when you say other search engines are owned by Google or connected to it. Clearly, you've just assimilated some conspiracy bullsh*t from a sh*tty website and is here regurgitating it for others. And lastly, take a breather sir. You are not that important for anyone to want to know your personal information, so much thar they will pay billions to get it. That is why when it comes to selling the kind of data that Google sells to corporations, it's never personalized because that will only put in a lot of useless information (yes, in data collection, your Name, house addresses, phone numbers and all other personal things are useless and do not serve any real market value... Have you seen anyone buying database of names before?) Please go and read. Simply because Google sells data doesn't mean it breaches your privacy. All tech giant sells data. But they never sell personalized data. And what's the fuse if I buy a database on Nigeria related to people who are looking for solutions to barrenness? As far as I do not know them personally, I have not harmed them in any way. Rather I have gotten a data to help structure my market and product instead of wasting resources and making guess works. Please go and read. P. S post the pictures. It seems you go about telling everyone you'll post their pictures ![]() Didn't know I was talking with a pathetic loser

E no go easy o. But you fit try am sha. you can be reading and watching the videos. Then set a time to practice. |
This one thinks he's unravelling a great mystery. Who doesn't know that Google keeps track of everything you browse online? May be if you have taken the time to read their terms of use, you probably would not be acting like it's such a big deal. You can visit your activity tab and see every link and searches you have ever made since your Gmail account was created. You can delete or keep them if you want. And no, nairaland does not buy search history from Google. And any creator that buys search history from Google for marketing purposes, it can never connect the dots or pinpoint any query to you. They only get a large chunk of data that is completely anonymous devoid of any personalization. So they are actually getting something but one that cannot be traced to you. So wetin be all this nonsense? And if you want to browse anonymously, then get a new device, don't log into your Gmail account. That way you browse anonymously or better still use duckduckgo search engine. Even that does not take care of your 'privacy' And no, You don't have a team ![]() |
Unik3030:is it kanu that controls the army? |
The way we were indoctrinated in schools in those days to see this organisation is not the way they are. Now I feel sorry for teaching other kids to see these organisations as though they are perfect, immutable and grandstanding. |
TOMMYS:stop this nonsense analysis. They don't want to vote. They don't want to remain in Nigeria. They want biafra. I wonder how long we can keep up with the pretense that everyone is happy to be in this contraption. These people are tired of being in Nigeria. It's not a matter of APC or PDP. |
Sadly that's the only presence the government may have in that community. Nigeria is not made from heaven. A man joined us together without our consent. Why should we not break on our own terms? |
Jeon:which one be holy or unholy sex again? |
I move faster than my body sometimes. This makes it feel like I often step out of my body temporarily only to re-enter it again as it stumbles. This happens a lot. Sometimes several times in a day. And my life often feels like I've lived it before. I can see certain things like I've seen it all before. I can predict the next moves, the next words a person will say and just how certain things will happen. But never change it or stop it from happening. It just like you know it but also know you can't fix it. It comes slowly to me. |
And you begin to wonder. If he can comfortably sack 1000 workers without feeling the effects, then what have those people been doing? |
SangoOlukosoOba:Let me ignore that you ignored all the point I made about how herdsmen have nothing to offer us in benue state. Herdsmen crisis is not a new thing. But we do not owe them our lands. We do not need to cede our lands to them simply because we want to live in peace. If they there are genuine Herdsmen, then they should obey the ban on open grazing, they should approach land owners and buy lands or rent lands, and practice ranching. No one is saying fulani herdsmen cannot live in benue state. We are saying that they should obtain lands legimately and use it for their 'private' business. As a barber, I will not travel to sokoto, go to mallam Usman's House and open a shop behind his house and start practising my business. As a reasonable citizen, I'll approach the Mallam, ask for his consent to use the space behind his house and if he agrees, I park in with my tools and pay him rent for using the space every month. I did not start fighting him because of freedom of movement or start killing the people in the state to give me land or ask the government to force the people of the state to give me land. I go and rent it because it is a private business. All we are asking is for the fulani to either rent or buy the land they want to us because the money they will make from their cattle will be solely for them. Why should we give them any special treatment? Because they are killers? Government will surely change hands one day. We'll pay them back. But we'll never give them our ancestral lands. Doing so is not looking for peace. It's cowardice and us agreeing to live like slaves in this country. And God forbid, if we give them our lands because we are being killed, what will their next demands be? Maybe once they start asking for our wives we will give it to them also because we want peace? Oh, you think that is above them to do after we cowardly bow to their demands? Guy, you are educated, try and reason please. |
SangoOlukosoOba: ![]() First of all, People in the south do not need fulani herdsmen to transfer cattle rearing skills to them. Cattle rearing is not a special skill for the fulanis to teach southerners. In the best scenario, the fulanis are skill less. They practice an archaic form of cattle rearing and there's no guarantee that they will be able to cope with modern cattle rearing. Ranching is different from nomadic lifestyle. They will have zero experience in the practice and will require extensive training which in turn will mean schooling. Now, shall we talk about how hard and tedious that will be? Imagine teaching 27+ years who have been wandering all his life how to read and write to operate machinery or read simple sign posts. And what of those that cannot adapt quickly? You think they will fold their hands? They'd simply turn to thieves and agitate again for more. And should we give up our lands to people simply because they are wreaking havoc on the peaceful owners? Where is the justice for those who have been killed? Would you reward the families who lost their precious loved ones in benue state by granting their lands to the people who killed them? How do you sleep at night with this type of your reasoning? If anything at all, the fulani Herdmen should be apprehended and tried for their crimes against the people of Nigeria. I'm speaking from benue state so this is very close to home. Just yesterday, a lot were killed in benue state. No justice for them and then you turn around and say give fulani herdsmen lands if you want peace. Is that not terrorism itself? Just yesterday most members of the community behind my school vacated their ancestral lands because they were threatened by herdsmen. Is that right? Is that the kind of country you want for yourself or your children? We are all Nigerians. We deserve a place to live. We deserve to own our lands. We deserve to preserve our heritage. No tribe should take over the land of other people just because they are in power. We are not playing politics. When it hits close to home, you'll understand that the fulani has nothing to offer in return. And yes, they will surely pay for their crimes one day. One day, they will pay for it. You can't murder over 20 people in a day, chase community and think your crimes will never catch with you. And how much does cattle rearing contribute to the economy that makes it more important than farming? Farmers are been chased from their lands by Herdmen, yet you did not see how much that will affect the economy, it is the contribution of petty cow traders that you feel is important to the economy? How much does cattle contribute to our economy? How much have we talked about cows that we have not talked about rice 10 times more? Or you think fulani herdsmen contribute to the beef we eat? Between the farmers and herdsmen who contribute more to the economy? If we are to have any conversation, it should be how to tell the fulani herdsmen to abandon their cattle and pick up hoes and cutlass and join our farmers in cultivating the land. Fulani has nothing to offer this country. Where do we even export their beef to that they will boost our economy? You probably are a northerner anyway. So you don't understand the pains the rest of us are getting from your herdsmen but take this from me, one day your people will pay for their crimes. |

She's still young and beautiful. Na pride de do her. My advice, you better leave her alone. It's bad to be in a relationship with someone who thinks they are doing you a favor. Her beauty is just confusing you. On the flip side, she may only be treading with caution. Had a girl like that. She talks proudly and was kind of arrogant. But she was my easiest lay. I could have gotten angry the very same day we met and never called her back but her nyash big die. So I called her the next day and we did the do. She later became very respectful to me after that. Though she maintained she doesn't want anything to do with any guy but deep down I knew she's only trying to keep her initial act together. We were even supposed to meet yesterday but my main girl came around. My point is, try to get to know if she's acting out or not. Since she gives you the time, she's probably acting out in a way to keep weak men away from her. But please ensure she's acting out. If otherwise don't consider going into a relationship with her. Have you invited her to your place yet? |

Polynek:You are taking a huge risk you know? Learning how to relate and handle women is a skill you need to learn. You don't just develop it suddenly once you get married. You learn how to relate with them. Tease them. Make them laugh and at the most, how to keep them loyal to you and maintain your authority. In my years of dating experience, one thing I can tell you is that a woman is like molten plastic. When they meet you newly you can shape them as much as you want. But with time, they become very rigid. You need to understand them very well, learn how to mould them. That type of skill doesn't just come to you on your wedding night. It can only be through practice. Please as much as possible, go out and toast girls. Gather experience and you'll see your marriage will be easier. And how do you wait your whole life for something as important as marriage without finding a soul mate but at the last moment, you say God should supply one? |
