Please I need help.
My wife is pregnant (our first child) and at the antenatal, she was given Pyrimethamine drug.
I search for it online and I discovered it is not good for pregnant women.
Please, does that mean they are incompetent or my research on the drug is wrong?

please let her not take, I'm in my first trimester and down with malaria, the doctor said I have to manage it till 2nd trimester....no anti malaria drugs for now, I should take only paracetamol.... please sir thread cautiously...Safe delivery to us all ..

I dont know the amount o cos I used HMO there but just go there anytime they will give you the necessary requirements. Safe delivery.

You can try Royan too, their doctors are very good. Antenatal is about 30,000. Antenatal is Tuesday and Saturday.

That's my HMO hospital and they are not always thorough with ordinary treatment and my colleague that used them for delivery kept complaining about their services till she put to bed.
I used Isalu for my delivery and I hear good things about Royan too.

I will go for isalu... please do you Know how much for registration and when and their ANTE NATAL requirements.... thank you very much

I second this too. I used solid rock for the first few weeks of my first child’s pregnancy and their service is poor to me. Well, my only bad experience was with the kind of treatment and statement I received from a certain doctor, and that was it for me. I left and never looked back.

Had our first scan last week, Edd is 02/02. Morning sickness is not a joke, I have not been able to hold food down. Garden egg is our favorite for now. The excess saliva ehn, dunno where its coming. I hope bitter kola is not harmful, its the only thing helping for now. Had IV infusions yesterday for rehydration.
May God continue to strengthen us.

Hello teamie. I have been hiding cos mehn, I didn't plan coming back to pregnancy tread so soon. As withdrawal method don fail me, I'm now on my third missionary journey with a one year old tagging along.

It is well o. Mine is sleep wants to embarrass me everywhere. I also get dizzy but it doesn't last. And my love for carbohydrates now no be here. I can eat rice straight for a week and still not get tired. Something I was curtailing before now.

I pray for a smooth journey for all of us in Jesus name, amen.

Not to dampen your spirit, but nothing works for most people. It will go by itself on or before the 12th week for majority of women. Just keep pushing it and enduring.

You can however try these if it will work, drinking ginger tea or eating dry cracker first thing in morning before even getting out of bed.

Good morning everyone. Congratulations to mamas who birthed their LOs and safe delivery to others.

Pls I'm worried about my scan result. I went for scan last week, it gave me 10w5d and I saw CRL 20mm as against 40+mm I saw online for that 10/11 weeks. Should I be worried abt that baby size?
Secondly, d scan measured 10w5d as opposed 11w5d according to LMP. According to LMP, I should be 13weeks today, but according yo scan, I'm 12weeks today. Pls which should I go with? Scan or LMP?
The sonographer didn't say anything about the size of the baby, he only said I should be careful with bending bcs placenta is low lying and it should move up with time.
My main concern now is d size of d baby, should I be worried, is d baby growing? Pls help me oo

don't work your self up, God has prefected all that concerns you, as long as their is strong heart beat,you are good to go beside they said dating of +-2 weeks is within normal range....safe delivery dear

You do not lie,You do not fail what is hard for you to do it doesn't exist it can never ever exist. Allow me to write long epistle today coz am here with my testimony.
Started trying last year November, after my period last November I noticed my breast was sore and heavy, I was sasalivating too much accompanied with severe headache my thoughts were I was pregnant. Did a pregnancy test it came out negative. Started tracking my ovulation found out I wasn't ovulating. My husband introduced me to the people's doctor on Instagram I was skeptical about it coz it was online. He was like let's try her. She gave us test to do...I did the LH, Prolactin, progesterone and transvaginal scan. They all came out fine except Prolactin which was high and she told me to get synergo drug for it. I joined the 21 days hallelujah challenge by Nathaniel Bassey. The test was remaining Hsg which I don't want to do coz I was scared coz I heard it's painful. The doctor asked of the Hsg result I told her I will do it after my flow this month. In all these I did not allow Baba God to rest oooo,I prayed and cried to him that I don't want to do the Hsg test and the only way I won't do it is if am pregnant, I told Him my home was empty He should fill it for me with children.I saw a bible verse here which I used to back up my prayers The lord honour the childless wife in her home He made her happy by giving her Children. Last week Monday I went for PID test coz the sperm keeps leaking out .The result came out that there was no PID but my ovaries were not properly visualized. I became confused sent the result to the doctor she was like do you see your flow every month I said yes then she asked for my HSG test for her to conclude I said to myself HSG again....I did pregnancy test the next day negative. I saw my menstruation on 16th of February I was expecting it on 19th of this month coz I ve 32 days cycle. When I didn't see it I felt maybe the date has changed. On Sunday I was having pelvic cramps so I went to church with my pad,thre in the church I cried and prayed that's in the presence on God I was menstruating coz the pelvic cramps was much I changed my prayer point there that since it's the will of God let the HSG be successful. That same day went to the market to get things I will use to prepare my combo drink,went home yet no flow that Sunday. On Monday no flow but I was having alot of discharge which I know I don't ve on a normal day, called my mum and explained everything to her coz I was also having running stomach with stomach bite she said may be am pregnant coz she experienced same when she was pregnant with her first issue, she said pray coz she believed God will do it for me this month she told God if He will do it for me this month she will give thanks to Him. On Tuesday went to toilet was still having the stomach bite and I was scared of doing pregnancy test ....I told myself do it so you will know what's wrong with you when I did it lo and behold I saw double lines....just help me thank God,He never sleeps,He is God that is everywhere, He is the mighty God that visited me with His mighty deeds.i did the okro water therapy to boost my ovulation and I give alms to women with children.I pray God that did it for me will do it for everyone here Amen

congratulations dear....God eh is too Faithful to fail, me nko I did scan to know how far and the sonographer suggest HSG and hormonal assay,I just told God I no get that kind money I'm not doing anything let me go herbal,me and the woman don talk price over the phone,I'm in Lagos,she is In imo State pay half and balance up when you concieve but this God eeh HIS WAYS ARE NOT OUR WAYS....Even my sister in the Lord keep praying to know the kind of medicine that I will need, God ministered to her that I should hold on HE, THE I AM has done it ...na soh I miss my period oooolike play play two red bold lines.....I own everything to HIM....HE IS TRULY GOD.... THANK YOU JESUS.....baby dust to you all
