GBPJPY just sold TP 135.89 , to buy from there ..BoE will most likely hold the rate at 0.5% if they aim for stability. A rate decrease will devalue the GBP even further and a rate increase will damage their already weakened economy...
So come Thursday if there happens to be a rate decrease , GBP will take a huge nose dive ...else the uptrend would continue for a while although still not good for british economy.. its a twist
After carneys speech yesterday , investors and traders ought to take a clue from the tone of the message if there would likely be a rate hike or not this Thursday , but since price took a huge bullish momentum , they probably deciphered it to be a no rate decrease and hence the more reason for you to buy GBP and close position on Thursday... till after News so as to not get caught in a crossfire

I think i have seen a pair i have to trust. Very liquid and less volatile and most important, highly predictable with very tiny spread.

1 or 2 trades, or maximum 3 trades per day is what i need. Just still testing phase. I have seen what i will use for my next demo contest may be i fit chop $3000.
Though in testing and studying phase, bye bye to spot fx. I am doing this for the next 1 month and see how it goes. Even what surprised me yesterday was how it reacted to 2 RED FLAGs GERMAN NEWS, It was ranging between 1-10pips for long before the news and didnt react to the news that much with slipparage unlike spot fx that would have taken your SL . After the news self, it was stabilized and continued its direction of trend. I predicted on ff that it will likely touch 10090.00 before yesterday close, almost 150points and it did.

Anyway, It seems I have been misunderstood by what i posted earlier, I never said news dont have effect on price movement neither
did I ever mentioned that BREXIT was not an important news to look at. ( I am not a financial analyst or gimmick, I am only a noob
trying to take advantage of the huge opportunity that the financial market presents each day )
What I really meant to say was that I shouldnt have entered trades against how I used to trade.

As I am typing this post I am really really heart-broken from yesterday till this time.
The reason being is I had been profitable consistently from when i started trying to identify patterns
before entering the market. In doing this, I usually care less of the impact of the News Released
therefore i barely look at the news calendar or any news feed.
Since people have been screaming about these monster called "BREXIT" or whatever its name is I thought
probably watching the news feed before entering the market will put some odds in my favour; and this was
the beginning of my drawdown. From yesterday, my system confirmed perfect setups of which I can trade without any
external confirmations (News Feed) but I will just hop unto FF to find the next news release. This act normally contradicted
my setups; that is to say, if my setup is a buy signal for let say for example USDCAD, and i check the news calendar, i find out that CAD will
be stronger in the next news release so therefore logically USD will be weaker against CAD making my buy signal initially to be
a sell signal after checking the calendar. I will therefore sell USDCAD in fear of the news and I always end up standing in front of a speeding train.
You should know by now what the outcome will be ....I lost 12% and 15% of my account yesterday and today respectively.
Cumulatively, 27% of my account was blown out into the thin air due to me not respecting my style or way of trading.

I dint typed this to discourage any trader who trades or learning how trade with the news;
but I am just giving a headup to traders who have developed their own style of trading
which always brings consistent profits into their pockets to always respect and obey their systems.
I have learnt mine the hard way........Shout Out to.....

will be changing my tf of trading to a more subtle and comfortable tf...won't be giving alerts or trade ideas always but when it occurs it should be a nice ride and a long one. its more preferable i think.

@Mrikay, I trade only pattern formations ooo because i believe they kept repeat in the market.
I just try to identify these patterns and trade them if only they meet my criteria.

Is making between 20-50 USD a day too little for a part time fx trader?
