Good day house,please I need help concerning the below info as per EE Profile and what to claim as date of qualification for job,I have a degree in Maths.Currently I work as a tax auditor (where i have been since when I got confirmed) - as there are several other departments/units in the Agency.

Date of Employment Feb 2010
Date of confirmation Aug 2010
Date I got chartered CITN 2014

Which one of the dates stated above is ok to claim as qualification date? having in mind there was a training before I started the job in 2010

If possible, contact her again. Plead with her to resend the mail again. Also bear in mind that WES does not update one's profile immediately get receive the response to the verification.

Thanks a lot for your response,just wondering if it should take this long for them to receive it,that's if she has sent it like she said.

Probably she is out of office. Call her after the sallah break. Be rest assured that she will do your verification as soon as she sees the mail or when you get her on phone.

Wes sent mine to the same school about 2 weeks now and the school claims to have responded via email but Wes says they are yet to receive the verification. Really don't know what to do anymore.Please help
