Hello I would like any pilot in the house to let me know how they were able to build their flight hours after getting their CPL.

Most airlines require a minimum of 1500 flying hours to employ you and from my calculations from PPL to CPL plus instrument ratings in flight school can get you roughly around 500 to 700 hours.

So how do aspiring commercial pilots build the rest flying hours ?
