I believe we aren't. We don't just have the art of effective management as seen in the Western world.

It's great to see 'fully' developed countries still looking for other means to get themselves more developed.


Africa needs to learn.
Money isn't our issue.
Capable minds isn't our issue​.

We just need to get our priorities right!
