So we are talking about competence vs popularity. Is he capable of transforming the nations economy? The answer is YES.

Nobody would be clapping for Sanwo-Olu if he quietly opened a dozen smaller primary-care clinics and set up water-filtration facilities across the LGAs, so he simply won't bother.
